An Overview of the Great Little Ships Product Range
The theme of the range will be principally [though not totally] vessels from WWII, as operated by Britain and her allies. Obviously, given the main chosen scale of 1/72nd, the emphasis will be on smaller subjects. They will allow the builder to produce models of museum standard. The fittings on these sets and kits are where the accent on detail will be particularly noticeable. Construction from the deck [if applicable] upwards, is almost entirely from photo-etched brass and cast metal, using slot & tab construction methods. These kits and sets all come with colour-coded assembly instructions and most include some photographic references.
