This range of quality post-war British and US Army figures & weapons, cast in high grade metal for maximum retention of detail. Several of these figures are ideal for use with Firing Line British Army Vehicles.

Most figure sets are supplied with painting notes and a colour photograph for assistance in painting and assembly.

British AFV Crewman [Sitting Pose]
This figure is designed for use with the Ferret and Saracen kits, produced by Firing Line. The figure is wearing the 1950 Pattern Combat Dress Denims, that was eventually replaced by the 1968 Pattern Smock in DPM, but was still to be seen in the late 1970s.

British AFV Crewman, with Flak Jacket [Sitting Pose]
This figure is designed for use with the Ferret Mk.2 kits, produced by Firing Line. This figure is wearing the Mk.69 Flak Jacket worn in combat by the British Army in N. Ireland and The Lebanon etc. This is worn over the standard DPM uniform.

A set of two British Army crew figures, previously supplied with the Saladin Armoured Car produced by Firing Line]. They are wearing the 1960 Parka - this item of clothing was introduced in the 1960s and was still to be seen in the 1980s.

This figure depicts a British Fusilier from the late 1970s-1980s, wearing the M.69 Flak Jacket over the standard DPM uniform. He is holding the L1A1 SLR Rifle. The M.69 Flak Jacket was worn in combat by the British Army in Northern Ireland, and in Lebanon etc.

British Army L.16A2 81mm Mortar
The L.16A2 81mm Mortar was first introduced into British Army service in the 1970s, and remains currently in use. It was used in both the Falklands and Gulf Wars. It is used by a number of countries, including the USA, where it is designated M.252 [see below] - supplied with additional Mortar Bombs and Containers at no extra cost.

British Army L.16A2 81mm Mortar, with Crew
The L.16A2 81mm Mortar was first introduced into British Army service in the 1970s, and remains currently in use. It was used in both the Falklands and Gulf Wars. It is supplied with two British Army Crew Figures and additional Mortar Bombs and Containers.

US Army M.252 81mm Mortar
The M.252 81mm Mortar is an improved version of the British L.16A2 Mortar [see above]. The main visible difference is the fitting of a blast attenuator on the muzzle. It replaces the M.29 81mm Mortar and equips the Light Infantry, Airborne and Mountain Divisions of the US Armed Forces. The weapon was procured in the late 1980s, and was used in combat during the Gulf War - supplied with additional Mortar Bombs and Containers at no extra cost.
